ABOUT US

POSITIVE CHANGE

NEAT is a London-based property developer. We deliver large-scale, residentially led, mixed-use developments across Greater London.

Partnering with investment managers and institutional funds we utilise a business model that mobilises capital, delivering financially strong, long-term projects and return on investment while helping to increase much needed housing supply.

We are genuinely committed to delivering better, higher quality developments, in a progressive, collaborative manner to enhance the lives of our customers. By investing more into the homes we build, we believe the end result will genuinely stand out from the market place and resonate with our customers.

To achieve this, we approach our industry quite differently. We believe developments should be viewed as ‘products.’ Products that enhance and create positive change. Not inanimate commodities that simply offer a function and meet industry standard.

ASK WHAT IS POSSIBLE, NOT WHAT IS REQUIRED.

We champion positive change. In our industry, in how our contemporaries behave and within the community.

Such an approach means we have to constantly innovate, delivering more functionality, more features, better styling, higher quality while always asking “what is possible”, not “what is required?”

"Our vision is to establish and create a brand that is a stylish, sustainable and cutting-edge product. This drive sets us apart from the industry, as we view our developments as products and our focus is always to improve and develop. Our goal is to create exceptional living spaces that are both aspirational and affordable."
- Joe Crawley, Managing Director
